Europe's leading fifth-generation technology ecosystem forum "5G Techritory 2024" will take place on October 30 to 31 at the ATTA Convention Centre, Krasta Street 60, in Riga. The international forum will focus on the latest technological advancements, highlighting the role of quantum technologies in fostering regional collaboration and innovation. 

To build a competitive and secure digital infrastructure for the future, as well as to promote collaboration between industry leaders and innovators, it is essential to leverage the opportunities provided by quantum technologies. Special attention will be paid to the co-creation event, featuring a roundtable discussion on “The Quantum Technology Landscape: Catalyzing Regional Collaboration and Innovation”

The discussion will feature invited speakers from both the public sector, including the Ministry of Education and Science, and the private sector, as well as representatives from the academic community. Key topics will include national quantum initiatives, regional synergy, the development of a strong regional network, and Latvia's potential to lead in the quantum industry.  

As quantum technologies transition from theoretical research to practical application, they are revolutionizing the industry, redefining our technological landscape. The co-creation event will focus on the impact of quantum technologies and their significance in shaping the future of innovation and regional collaboration. 

Attendance at the event is by invitation or pre-registration on the official “5G Techritory” website. The working language of the co-creation event will be English. Representatives from sectors such as defense, healthcare, finance, as well as maritime, and connectivity are invited to participate in the international forum. 

The co-creation event “The Quantum Technology Landscape: Catalyzing Regional Collaboration and Innovation” is part of the "5G Techritory 2024" forum program. The discussion will take place in project No. 1.1.1.1/1/24/I/001 within the framework of " More Efficient Implementation and Management of Latvia's Science Policy". 

About the "5G Techritory 2024" Forum 

5G Techritory is an international technology ecosystem forum that has been held annually since 2018. It promotes the integration of industry and science by bringing together entrepreneurs, experts, scientists, association representatives, policymakers, and inspiring speakers from the ICT and security sectors from all over the world. 

To date, the event has received three international awards, including two Amber Event Awards ("Grand Prix" and Best Online Event of 2020) and the prestigious and the prestigious "Virtual Events Institute Virtual & Hybrid Conference" award.
